Cloud computing technology as a new information and communication technology assists organization to change the use of production and it service. Meanwhile the organization managers by identifying their requires can experience outsourcing with the help of Cloud computing knowledge. The aim of this study is to provide a model for information technology is based on Cloud computing adaption. After studying literature and identify factors influencing the adoption of Cloud computing on IT outstanding and composition the combination of theories related to the acceptance of innovation such as: Innovative of diffusion theory (IDT), Technology acceptance model (TAM), framework Technology Organization Environment (TOE), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).The proposal model has been approved by experts in first step and manages and then it has been tested in IT Farhangestan honar. As a result of this study, knowledge of clerk, support of Mangers, security are the most important in Cloud computing at out sourcing of IT which are helpful to the organization.

Cloud computing is an emerging concept of information technology that in many countries has an influence on many companies. The research was conducted to evaluate Cloud computing adoption in Saudi Arabia; Benefits and hindrances for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The qualitative research approach is performed by interviews with the management of a variety of SMEs active in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry. This paper illustrates a significant positive correlation between the use of Cloud computing and organizational quality performances. The paper concluded that the knowledge level of SMEs on the accessibility of Cloud services is below average scale. The greatest challenges about the Cloud service are privacy and security in the Cloud among providers and users for the Saudi Arabian firms.

Cloud computing as a new technology with Internet infrastructure and new approaches can be of significant benefits in providing medical services electronically. Applying this technology in E-Health requires consideration of various factors. The main objective of this study is to identify and rank the factors influencing the adoption of E-Health Cloud. Based on the Technology-Organization- Environment (TOE) framework and Human-Organization-Technology fit (HOT-fit) model, 16 sub-factors were identified in four major factors. With the survey of 60 experts, academics and experts in health information technology and with the help of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process had ranked these sub-factors and factors. In the literature, considering the newness of the subject, no domestic or foreign study has covered this number of criteria. The results show that when deciding to adopt Cloud computing in e-health technological, human, organizational and environmental factors must be considered respectively.

Summary: This work is carried out in order to identify the effective factors in Cloud computing adoption among the staff of the Physical Education faculties in Tehran. For this purpose, 400 persons from the staff of the Physical Education faculties in Tehran are selected, and 278 valid questionnaires are used for the statistical analysis. The research tools are two questionnaires including the Cloud computing adoption (12 components including 47 items) and adoption intention questionnaire (3 items) designed by the researchers. The path analysis test shows that 11 factors affect positively and the complexity negatively affects the intention to Cloud computing adoption. Technology readiness also has the highest impact on the Cloud computing adoption. The technology readiness, data security, and reduced complexity among the Physical Education faculties have been identified as the most important factors in the Cloud computing adoption. Introduction: The purpose of this work is to identify the effective factors in Cloud computing adoption among the staff of the Physical Education faculties in Tehran. Methodology and Approach: In terms of purpose, this work was a kind of applied research, and in terms of data collection, it was descriptive-survey. For this purpose, the staff of the Physical Education faculties in Tehran (400 persons) were sampled, and 278 valid questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The research tools were two questionnaires including the Cloud computing adoption (12 components including 47 items) and adoption intention questionnaire (3 items) designed by the researchers. The face validity of the instrument was confirmed by 12 faculty members in sport management, and the content validity was confirmed by the confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the instrument was assessed by Cronbach's alpha for the whole effective factors’ questionnaire (α = 0. 921) and the adoption intention questionnaire (α = 0. 769). Results and Conclusions: The findings showed that the research instrument was well-suited to measure the effective factors in Cloud computing adoption, and the path analysis test showed the effects of 12 factors on the intention to adopt Cloud computing. 11 factors affected positively, and the complexity negatively affected the intention to Cloud computing adoption. Technology readiness also had the highest impact on the Cloud computing adoption. Based on the results obtained, 12 effective factors in Cloud computing adoption were identified and evaluated among the Physical Education faculties in Tehran. Technology readiness, data security, and reduced complexity among the Physical Education faculties were identified as the most important factors in Cloud computing adoption and could have a beneficial effect on a faster Cloud computing adoption.
